Minister Özer announced that the course and training programs organized at the public education centers will be updated in cooperation with experts and academicians and revised by considering the demands of the market in order to increase the employment rate of training program graduates. Özer noted that all course programs will be loaded to the Public Education Center Information Network (HEMBA) and digital course and training programs can be used by all people including the ones living in the Balkans and Europe.
 
Three new goals about lifelong learning
Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer shared his Ministry's three new goals about lifelong learning with the public and stated that: "There are more than 3,500 course and training programs in the Directorate General for Lifelong Learning. Our first goal is to update all these programs until the end of 2022. We will consider the views and demands of academicians, experts and the labor market in order to increase the employment rate of the graduates of these programs."
 
Course programs will be transferred digital environment
Özer went on to say that, "Our second goal is digitalization. We will transfer all course and training programs to the digital environment and load all education contents to the Public Education Centers Information Network (HEMBA) until the end of 2022. Third goal of our Ministry is to open these programs in the digital platform to our people living in the Balkans and Europe and give certificates to those who attend these online training programs. We will open this service on January 1, 2023 for the use of people living in Türkiye and our people living in the Balkans and Europe."
