Upon the direction of Minister of National Education Mahmut Özer, a "Career Guidance Program" for special talented students was established. The program will be implemented in the Science and Arts Centers (BİLSEM) where special talented children are enrolled.

 

The first of a kind program will provide "Psycho Training Program for Future Awareness" for primary school students enrolled in BİLSEMs, "Psycho Training Program for Preparation for the Future" for secondary school students enrolled in BİLSEMs and "Psycho Training Program for Future Planning" for high school students of BİLSEMS.

 

A "Student Book" was also prepared for students who will attend psychological training programs.

 

Content of the career guidance program includes a progressive approach concerning skills and abilities of students, foresight development and psychological resilience. It is expected that the training programs will assist special talented students to reconstruct their goals in line with their own needs and make suitable career choices.
